What is your cancellation policy?

If an appointment is cancelled:

  • 5 days or more before the appointment: 100% of the deposit refunded
  • Within 24 hours: 50% of the deposit refunded
  • Same-day cancellation: deposit is non-refundable

No. Our services are designed to complement NHS care, not replace it. If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition you should contact NHS 111 or attend A&E immediately.
